Step 1: Disconnect from QuickBooks Desktop using the QuickBooks Web Connector. Find your Application, then select the Remove option at the end of the column.
Step 2: Email support@insitusales.com to wipe the previously existing data for your account. Users must wait until support has successfully wiped the old QuickBooks Desktop data and sent back confirmation before beginning the next step.
Step 3: Click on the Integration tab from the lefthand menu to open the dropdown options
Step 4: Select the QuickBooks Integration
Step 5: Make sure Online version has been chosen from the drop down next to QuickBooks version.
Step 6: Now simply click on the Connect To QuickBooks button to begin the sync.
Additional Steps You Might Need
Step 7: If you have Customers assigned to Sales Reps, note that QuickBooks Online doesn't have Sales Reps, so assigning Customers will have to be done on the inSitu Sales platform. If you don't know how, please use the Zendesk guide on How To Assign Customers To Your Field Reps
Step 8: If you have product pictures you need to import, first copy the photo URL from your Excel spreadsheet, and then reupload them on the site accordingly for the new sheet.
