How to assign customers to your field reps on the web.

NOTE: If you use QuickBooks Desktop you must assign the customer to your field rep on that platform.

From the dashboard click on FIELD REPS as shown in the image below.

To select the field rep that you would like to assign the customers to, click on the field rep name as shown below.

Now that you selected the field rep, make sure that you click on the ASSIGN CUSTOMER tab.

1. The first step to assigning a customer to your field rep is that you must check in the box where you see the number ONE on the image below.

2. After you select the customer you would like to assign click on SAVE as shown next to the number TWO.

After you have assigned the customer and saved your changes, you will see the assignment in the image below.
