Step 1: Hit the plus sign to open the action menu, and select Add Visit Notes.
Step 2: Now choose the customer you'd like to create the note for. In this example we chose ABC Supermarket.
Step 3: Select the type of note to add from the dropdown bar, then begin writing your note in the text box below. Click Finish when complete to save and finalize.
Step 4: If successful, you should now see your note appearing in their customer account just below transaction history.
