How to Create Microzones In InSitu Sales

Step 1: 

Click on the Microzones tab found on the left side of the screen. 

Step 2: 

Choose the option to 'Add Microzones' from the window in the top left corner.  

Step 3: 

We need to draw a border around the area we want to be a Microzone. Click where you want the first pin to go.

Step 4: 

Clicking again will place your second pin. 

Step 5: 

Keep adding pins until your polygon has captured all the Customer Markers you wish to include in your Microzone.Step 6: 

When placing your last pin, double click on the point to stop drawing and confirm your Microzone's territory. Now a window requesting a 'Code' and 'Name' should appear, along with a dropdown to select a Rep to assign the Microzone to.  

Step 7: 

Fill out the requested information (Code & Name) with anything you'd like, labeling your new Microzone and describing it's usage. Also, if you wish to assign the territory to specific reps, you can choose multiple reps from the dropdown bar. 

Step 8: 

Lastly, remember to hit 'Add' to finalize your choices and create your new Microzone.
