Step 1: Go to Products/Items on the lefthand menu.
Step 2: Now click on the last option from the tabs on the top of your Products window, labeled Units Of Measure. 
Step 3: Click on the orange + sign to add a new unit of measure.
Step 4: A new window should appear allowing you to enter the settings for your units.

Set Name: The name categorizing how all units of measure saved under it will be labeled

Default Unit: The smallest unit possible used as a base measurement to measure other units to.

Base Unit: The name of the unit each other unit will be made up of
Step 5: After entering in some example text, it should look like this, where the dropdown for Default Unit now contains our Base Unit. Now, click on the Plus sign again to create larger units made up of your base unit. 
Step 6: After creating some new units, we've established that :

Every 'Each' is 1 product.

Every 'Case' is 30 'Each.'

Every 'Pallet' is 100 'Each.'

Every 'Container' is 500 'Each.'
Step 7: Click on the orange Save button on the bottom, and we should see the new unit appear on the page. 
Step 8: Next, go to your Products and choose to edit. 
Step 9: In the Product's General Information tab, scroll down until you reach Unit of Measurement. 
Step 10: Click on the Unit Of Measurement to open up the dropdown bar, then select the desired unit. 
Step 11: Lastly, remember to save.
