How to set up Global Discount for the Mobile App

To activate the global discount option for a transaction type please click on the wheel looking icon found on the website next to MY ACCOUNT.

On this screen, you will see the option to enable the global discount to the transaction type of your choice. NOTE: Be sure that you are changing the global discount option to the correct profile your reps are currently using.

Other Tips: To sync global discounts with QB Desktop: You must have at least one subtotal item in QuickBooks.
