A. To find the settings screen, click on the gear icon circled on the image below.
B. On this screen, you can select the profile you would like to customize.
- The Admin Profile will have access to all of the customers and data displayed by the app. You will want to assign this profile to management.
- The Default Profile is mainly used by the field reps. By using this profile you will be able to limit the customers that you would like your sales reps to see on their app.
C. Settings for Invoices.
- ACTIVE: This will allow your reps to create Invoices.
- Global Discount: This option will provide a discount on a % to the whole invoice.
- Discounts by line item: This option will allow you to place a discount on a line level. NOTE: Quickbooks Desktop users must create a discount item in Quickbooks to be able to use this feature.
- Always send email copy: By using this option you can make sure that you and your customers always get a copy of the transactions.
- Time frame to allow invoices modifications: This option will give you control on how long the field rep will have to make changes to an invoice. After the time expires they will need to contact you for permission to be able to edit an invoice.
- Handle invoice number per field rep: This feature works great for those working offline. This will ensure that you are providing the correct invoice number. By activating this the app will be the one assigning the invoice number to the transaction. D. Settings for Orders.
- ACTIVE: This will allow your reps to create Orders.

E. Other Settings
- Collections: This will option will allow you to control if you would like reps to receive payments or not.
- Modify prices on documents: This option will allow your reps to modify the price on a product.
- Enable reps to access all customers: This option will allow your reps to view all customers even though you have some assigned.
- Time frame for new product display: This option will allow you to filter your products by how new they are. You can decide how many days to be considered new. You can view the new product list on the picklist on the app by activating the filters shown below.
