NOTE: Removing a transaction on the website will not remove it in QuickBooks®, SAP®, Xero®, or FreshBooks®. Voiding a transaction is only recommended if the "Integration Status" field is blank or with an error and also if you are not a QuickBooks®, SAP®, Xero®, or FreshBooks® user.
- Click on SALES MODULE ADMIN located on the left side toolbar
- After locating the invoice that must be cancelled, check the VOID box
- Click ACCEPT on the pop-up window
