Which printers are compatible with inSitu Sales?
We support the following models: BIXOLON® SPP-R400, BIXOLON® SPP-R300, BIXOLON® SPP-R200, ZEBRA® iMZ series, ZEBRA® QLN series, ZEBRA® iMZ series (including other iOS and Android supported printed by Zebra), Woosim WSP i350, FDP Printer and any AirPrint enabled device (iOS Only).
What barcode scanners are compatible with inSitu Sales?
We support any bluetooth wireless model of barcode scanners. Try models by Socket Mobile or Linea Pro’s iOS case with a built-in barcode scanner.
How can I change/edit sales data?
All the customer and items data should be updated on QuickBooks® only and then synched to the inSitu Sales apps. See chart below for sync settings.
iOS
- Go to the CUSTOMER tab
- Find and select the customer you would like to edit.
- Select the INFO tab on top of the screen.
- Tap on the EDIT CUSTOMER INFO button and proceed to make edits
Android
- Go to the main menu and select SALES
- Select the CUSTOMERS option.
- Tap on the customer you want to edit.
- Find the EDIT button in the menu and proceed to make edits

How do I delete an invoice using inSitu Sales mobile app?
Voiding or deleting an invoice must be made on QuickBooks® Desktop or Mobile.
How do I find a customer in the inSitu Sales mobile app?
Go to the SALES menu and tap on the CUSTOMERS button. On the Customers' screen you can search by name in the search field at the top of the screen.
iOS
Option a. Tap on the "Compose" button to create a new visit, you will see the customer list. Tap on the + button located in the upper right corner.
Option b. Tap on the "Customers" tab. Tap on the + button located in the upper right corner.
Android
From the main menu, go to SALES > CUSTOMERS
Tap on the + button located in the upper right corner.
How can I see the list of the new invoices sent to QuickBooks®?
All the invoices sent by the mobile app and synced to Intuit's cloud are set in PENDING TO PRINT status. In order to see the list of new invoices on QuickBooks® go to FILE->PRINT FORMS->INVOICES menu.
How do I create my product?
Products must be created on QuickBooks® and then synced to inSitu Sales app.
NOTE: Non-QuickBooks® users will be able to create products on the app and upload via our Excel templates
How can I change the currency?
Currency must be input and managed on QuickBooks®.
Can I use inSitu Sales mobile app without internet connection?
Yes, you will need to authenticate and sync the data at least the first time. Afterwards you can use the app in online/offline mode. When sending an invoice in offline mode tap on the SYNC button in the main menu. The sync process is automatic in the iPhone/iPad version only. When using Android devices synchronization is not automatic, therefore if you click on the info button in the upper right corner and see pending data to be synced you should press the SYNC button in the main menu to make sure everything was synced.
