Select the COMPOSE button in the middle of the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the customer list screen.
On the customer list screen, choose the customer in need of an invoice.
Under the blue INVOICE tab, select SUBMIT A NEW INVOICE
Scroll through the product catalog or enter the item name or bar code number in the search field
Tap on the item to view the unit of measure and warehouse/inventory location. If the invoice quantity exceeds the available inventory.
If the item is a gift or sample, enter the quantity in the GIFT field. This will list the item on the invoice at no charge ($0.00).
When selecting REMOVE ITEM, note that it removes the item from the current invoice, not the entire digital catalog.
Save when completed, find the additional items and repeat.
To view the entire invoice, click CHECKOUT on the bottom right.
Due dates, sales terms, and payment methods can be revised as needed. To send a copy of the invoice to the customer, select SEND COPY TO and follow the prompts to add new email accounts or select the email(s) listed. Input the shipping date, assign a PO number, and add comments as needed.
To edit the contents of the invoice (items, quantities, etc.), select EDIT.
To view the item names and quantities only, select PICK LIST.
To capture the customer’s signature for verification, select the white square above ADD SIGNATURE and have the customer contact sign his/her name with their finger and click DONE.
To preview the PDF version tap on the paper and magnifying glass.

To share the invoice, select the share button on the upper right.
Click on the three dots to view the options to save, save and print, receive payment or save as a draft. To save as a PDF, select save and print and choose PDF from the drop-down menu.
To receive payment, simply click the RECEIVE PAYMENT icon. Select the payment method and follow the prompts.
When an invoice is fully paid (balance is $0) is marked as paid. The payment will be synced to QuickBooks® where you will see the Paid status on the invoice.
Voiding or deleting an invoice must be made on QuickBooks®. You cannot delete an invoice in the mobile app after it has been created.
