Select CUSTOMER from the navigation bar on the bottom of the screen
Select the (+) sign on the upper right to add a new customer
Enter the data in the fields
Only one contact can be listed per customer, so choose the best contact for the customer
Note that payment methods, sales terms, tax code, tax (%), credit limit, discount (where applicable), and group should be same the data in Quickbooks, SAP and/or Freshbooks to ensure an accurate software integration sync
When the location data is entered and saved, the map updates dropping the pin at that location and then becomes static
To search for a customer simply type in the company name in the search bar on the top of the screen
