How To Use Your Company's Gmail Domain During Transactions

Step 1: Click on your Company, shown at the top of your portal.

 

Step 2: Go to the tab marked General Settings.

 

Step 3: Click on the dropdown bar for Email Provider, and select Gmail. 

 

Step 4: Enter your business Gmail account in the spot labeled User.

 

Step 5: Click on the link under the Password section to create an application password. 

 

Step 6: You will be prompted to log into your Gmail account. After doing so, create a unique App Name to help as a reminder for the password's usage.

 

Step 7: Once your Generated Password appears, copy it, and return to the tab with your inSitu Sales portal open. 

Step 8: Paste the Generated Password into the box. 

 

Step 9: Scroll to the bottom of the page, then Save your settings.
