Let's go over how to choose which products and categories you want visible.
Step 1:
Visit the Products/Items tab from the menu options on the left.
Step 2:
Hide products by clicking the button at the far right under the column marked 'Hidden.' This will hide the selected product for all users.
Or, if you wish to hide certain products only for selected field reps, click on 'Assign Products.'
Step 3:
Choose what products will be available for every field rep by moving products over from the 'Products' list on the left, over to the 'Assigned' tab on the right. Clicking on products under the Assigned column will essentially create a product list you can then save to reps by clicking Save in the bottom right corner.
Step 4:
Now let's move over to Categories by clicking on 'Enable/Disable Categories'
Step 5:
From here you can simply click on the button below 'Enabled' to hide entire product categories. By default, every category is Enabled and Visible, so when selected, the Status should change to Hidden to reflect your actions.
