How to create and assign price lists to customers

Step 1: Access Price Lists

1. Go to the Products menu (left hand side)

2. Click on the Price list tab

 

Step 2: Create a New Price List

1. Click on the Add Price List button (+).

2. Create a Name for the new price list

3. Click Save.

 

Step 3: Define Price List Items

1. Select the newly created price list from the list.

2. Click on the Products tab.

3. For each product, define:

 •   Product: Select the product from your list.

  •  Price: Set the specific price for this product.

4. This part will save automatically, so you may move onto the next section.

Step 4. Assigning Price Lists to Customers

1. Navigate to the Customers tab section.

 

2. Choose multiple customers you want to assign a price list to by clicking on the checkbox.

3. Click the save icon (disk).

4. The Status should now show show a green button noting that they are Assigned. Your price list is complete.
