To update your PDF Template Go to SALES MODULE ADMIN from your home page.
Click on Web and PDF Templates found on the top right of your screen.
On this screen, you will be able to edit what to include in the PDF copy that is sent out on all transactions.
On the top left of the PDF Editor, you will be able to select what type of transaction you would like to edit. Such as Orders, Invoices, or Estimates.
On the right side, you will find the Tags that we currently have available to be displayed on the PDF. To add to the template just copy and paste the exact tag on the desired space on the PDF editor. If you do not see a tag that you might need please reach out to support for further assistance.
To Edit the template that is used on thermal printers click on "2 to 4 inch" found on the top of the PDF Editor.
On the right side of the screen, you will be able to see the available tags for the thermal printer. If you do not see the tag that you need please reach out to support for further assistance.
Simply copy and paste the desired tag exactly as found on the tag list.
