How to create a sales order (Android app)

From the dashboard tap on the pen found at the bottom left.

Select the customer you would like to write up an order to.

On this screen, you must tap on Order found in the middle of the screen.

On this screen, you must select the products and add the quantity on the side of the screen.

To check out tap on the cart found on the bottom right.

On the checkout screen, you are able to finish all the details on the order.

• 1. Select the PAY TERMS.
• 2. Payment Method
• 3. Discount % to the whole order
• 4.Shipping Address
• 5. The email you would like to send a copy to. You can add more if you wish by tapping on the email address.

Lastly, tap on the three dots on the top right to reveal the drop-down options. Here you are able to add a the customers signature by tapping on " Add Signature " and even add a picture if needed. To finish the transaction tap on " Save and Print " or "Save and Share"  whichever one fits best for you.
